These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Journeyfolio (“the app”), developed by Bartlett Butter. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.
License Agreement
Journeyfolio is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). The Standard EULA governs your use of the app. These Terms add the details of how Premium subscriptions work. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Free and Premium Features
Journeyfolio is free to download and lets you plan up to 10 trips at no cost. Premium adds unlimited trips, live flight tracking, and destination weather forecasts.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Premium is offered as monthly, 6-month, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The name, length, and price of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your plan.
- If the price of your plan changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price applies.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
- Premium is linked to your Apple Account and is available on your iPhone and iPad devices signed in to the same account.
Managing and Canceling Your Subscription
You can switch plans or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or in the App Store under your account. Canceling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, so we cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.
Earlier Purchasers
If you bought Journeyfolio before it became free to download, you keep permanent Premium access at no extra cost. No action is needed.
Flight and Weather Information
Flight status and weather forecasts come from third-party services and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm flight times, gates, and changes with your airline, and use official sources for travel and weather warnings.
Changes to These Terms
If we update these Terms, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
